Love baking sweets and pleasing/impressing with them. Just finished an experimental peanut butter chocolate low carb cheesecake, chilling in the frig, waiting for me to come home from work and test.
Monday looks good to grill, might try making low carb buns for my beef-bison-bacon burgers.
Lugol's and salt loading plus low carb diet seems to be fixing the off body sensations was having, and filling me with energy; won't try raw meat without a reallly good reason to get me past the gross factor.
Think I might make some egg nog soon, that's a tasty way to drink a bit of raw egg.
