The key cornerstone of self improvement is developing mastery over our habits. We all have good and bad habits.

Bad habits are like little grabblers, gremlins that steal time, energy and results from us.

Good habits are like Arno Breker statues; inspiring, strong and full of zest.

1. Which bad habits have you diminished in your life in the last year?
2. Which good habits have you grown in the last year?
3. Which grabbler are you going to weaken in the month to come?
4. Which breker are you going to build in the month to come?

>1. Which bad habits have you diminished in your life in the last year?

Getting to sleep late. I try to sleep early and wake up early

>2. Which good habits have you grown in the last year?

I'm doing sports on the regular

>3. Which grabbler are you going to weaken in the month to come?

Probably internet addiction. Every day I'm thinking i spend too much time on internet, and everyday i'm back

>4. Which breker are you going to build in the month to come?

I want to have a clean space at all time, so I need to work on tidying everything before relaxing

I will make it. You too frens. What about you fren, could you reply to your own questions ?

Internet and weed addiction.

Reducing my cannabis consumption from 2g a day to 1g a week would be pretty great. Shit is tough though. I feel like I fried my brain

1. 1. Which bad habits have you diminished in your life in the last year?

Sleeping late. I've been going to bed earlier and waking up earlier in the morning.

2. Which good habits have you grown in the last year?

I now drink Turmeric Tea and loads more water.

3. Which grabbler are you going to weaken in the month to come?

I want to weaken my want for certain carbs and attempt to do a 7-day fast.

4. Which breker are you going to build in the month to come?

Drink more water, and less caffeine overall. I won't get rid of red bull entirely, but I know it would be better if I drank less of it.

That's nice of you to ask.

1. Bad habits lost:

I've stopped investing time and energy into lost causes. Family, covid vaccine believers. Instead spending that time mofe productively. Also just a lot more peaceful life.

It was hard to come to terms with.

2. To continue to walk the path of most resistance. Resistance shows you which path is the right noble path, the one you're afraid of.

3. I am spending too much time on the computer. I want to spend the start of my day without tech. Eat, exercise, organise. And then choose to work first and play later, or play first and work later. Starting days with leasure is a bad habit.

4. I used to be really fit and I miss it. I've signed up for fitness and going to train every day, it doesn't matter how little, it's the habit that counts.

How do you guys build new habits anyways? For this one, I am going to make sure all my stuff is ready in the evening so its easy to go in the morning without thinking. I am also going to catch a protein & fruit shake afterwards, and I love those.

>Drink more water, and less caffeine overall. I won't get rid of red bull entirely, but I know it would be better if I drank less of it.

I don't know how it works for you, but it might work better to have a specific guideline, like "no more than 1 per day" or something like that. Specific guidelines have better longevity than " do less/more of x".

>One of my goals before I turn 27 is to quit alcohol. Posting this to remind myself and keep that goal in focus

How old are you? I used to drink a lot, but I quit in my twenties because I wanted a more competitive edge in sports. The best thing about quitting alcohol is that you never have hangovers. You get so many extra days and so much extra energy.

>>15
I don't know anyone that uses a lot of weed that didn't have their long term planning demolished and it took 12-24 months to recover for those that stopped. Honestly, I'd get some help, like socially or professional, because not improving anything for a year is going to build up if you have another year like that.

>>14

>Probably internet addiction. Every day I'm thinking i spend too much time on internet, and everyday i'm back

I once did a month without tech and it really opened my eyes what cost we pay for tech in attention. I read 12 books that month. I haven't read 12 books last year. I think I should do a techless month every year now that I think about it. Just keep my hypothalimus healthy.

I think I'll choose june.

>1. Which bad habits have you diminished in your life in the last year?

I actually made a working routine, which improved most of the problems I had with overeating, oversleeping and depressive/stressful emotions.

>2. Which good habits have you grown in the last year?

Well, I have better sleeping habits, eat more vegetables and protein based products, so there’s that, plus having set times for studying useful topics and improved memory.

>3. Which grabbler are you going to weaken in the month to come?

Inactiveness, both in intellectual and physical development.

>4. Which breker are you going to build in the month to come?

Better organisation in my studies and room, plus reading more and improving my bodily and mental abilities in order to be healthier and better prepared for my future.

Best of luck frens, and may the grind be with you.

> 1. Which bad habits have you diminished in your life in the last year?

-Porn and masturbation, although I still do it. I just do it much less than I did before. It's a process.

-I have been addicted to CSGO for 6 years, but over the past year I've been playing it less and less. Now I go a few days not playing without even realizing.

> 2. Which good habits have you grown in the last year?

-I've developed my diet to the point where 95% of it is nutrient-dense, high-protein whole foods. I very rarely eat unhealthy foods now.

-I found a better lifting routine that focuses on bettering my compound lifts with less emphasis on machines. I'm not exaggerating when I say I began seeing results in the first two weeks.

-I've developed more of an ethic over keeping my surroundings clean and tidy.

> 3. Which grabbler are you going to weaken in the month to come?

Porn and masturbation for sure. But that's something I've been working on for two years at this point.

> 4. Which breker are you going to build in the month to come?

My work ethic. I landed my first ever job (which is also my dream starter job and provides a career path to a six figure salary), and I definitely don't want to lose it. Unfortunately, I am a procrastinator by nature, so I definitely want to stomp that out.

>1. Which bad habits have you diminished in your life in the last year?
-cut back on eating severely, went from 113kg in 01.11.21 to 93 today.
-being lazy, i try to get more stuff done for school, chores at home etc.
>2. Which good habits have you grown in the last year?
-working out at home has been very good for me, turns out the gyms closing was a blessing after all
-being more social, ive actually asked people if they want to hang out for probably the first time in my 19 years
>3. Which grabbler are you going to weaken in the month to come?
masturbating, i never jacked off alot, see "spend all day inside cooming" but it still bugs me that i feel like i have to do it atleast once a day.

im worried that ill collapse in the following months however. im writing my finals in these next weeks and after that i will have alot of free time until the end of summer. im worried that it will crush me psychologically because my flow will be disrupted. im hoping ill stay strong.

id also like to stop caring about girls. fuck that. but i cant, especially of late. i finally built up the confidence to ask a girl to come with me at parties etc. but it went to shit. so that bugs me too.
what keeps you going guys?

cbaf8 №.134

also, id like to stop smoking cigarettes. im sure theyve helped me keep my cool many times over the last years and they help me focus better, (probably because im addicted) but id like to stop using them. they've been a crutch though, helped me stop smoking weed too.

cbaf8 №.135

>>15
a good way to stop weed is try to limit it to certain ocasions. like if you always smoke alone try to only smoke with some people. sure, you still smoke, but it is inherently limited because most people cant smoke every day. if you usually smoke with friends, try to cut back on it. if they ask you say no, then youll lock yourself in. and just try to focus on other things generally, try to pick up a skill or something to not waste your time on.

Just popping in to say I do this shit for a living and that habits, routine and ritual are by far the most powerful tools for self improvement and the realisation of goals. Do a little every day, but do it every day.
It's much easier to replace bad habits with good ones than it is to just stop bad habits cold. Godspeed frens, WAGMI.
Also if anybody would like any advice regarding working out, fitness, mindfulness, habit building/breaking, sleep, stress, and nutrition, those are my areas of expertise and I'll happily answer any strange questions, given that there's no /fit/ board here yet.

I had stopped drinking. Although with COVID lifting I had a short relapse due to work socials. Have it back under control though.
>2. Which good habits have you grown in the last year?
Been doing a lot of reading as part of a book club (the rdk).
>3. Which grabbler are you going to weaken in the month to come?
Drinking sweetened drinks.
>4. Which breker are you going to build in the month to come?
Better time management. I tend to burn out from overdoing it on personal projects + work, then do very little for a month or two. I'd like to manage a steady stream of work.

1. Which bad habits have you diminished in your life in the last year?
Messiness. I used to let my place go, not put things away, let the dishes pile up. I bought some containers, sorted my stuff, and put it away. Got a container for all of my medical stuff. Never have to look for Band-Aids, i know exactly where they are.
2. Which good habits have you grown in the last year?
Eating healthier. I start the day with 20g of gelatin, cook all of my own meals, bake bread. Take supplements regularly. There's room to improve.
3. Which grabbler are you going to weaken in the month to come?
It's going to have to be the Alcohol Jew. It ruins my sleep, and wastes my time.
4. Which breker are you going to build in the month to come?
Regular exercise and mindfulness. Need to make a daily schedule. I feel I would get more done if there was more structure to my day.

Is literally a poison. I only started drinking a couple years ago, and compared to weed, it's hard on your body, and rots your brain. I've been weed free for six month now. Time to kick the alcohol spirit to the curb.
This is helping me a lot. I'm on the amino acid regiment. Also drink Kefir every day, and take probiotic.

Have you fasted before? Try a 3 day first. Check out paul bragg… there's a protacol to getting out of a fast, so you don't wreck your body. Its a 3 day water fast, followed by two days of tomato juice, then oatmeal and vegetable salads on day three. Consider doing The Enema :)

Not that I used to eat alot of junk/processed food, but I have not eaten such food for maybe 10 months. I neither ever take hot showers, and after a couple drinks ive said its not needed.
>Which good habits have you grown in the last year?
Going to the gym at a… semi-regular rate, but I can already see improvement to my once stick body. I would love to do more but I am backed-up with endless school work.
>Which grabbler are you going to weaken in the month to come?
I can't stop wanking and cooming.. its a big problem, I feel like an idiot every time and its sometimes gets to the point where my skin gets a bit pale.. I don't even watch videos, just softcore images, but it's still one of my biggest problems since I have a really powerful imagination; I can visualise everything.
>Which breker are you going to build in the month to come?
Ive tried cold showers, I go out side alot more (cycling, hiking, etc), but so far it is a very temporary solution. Maybe 12 hours. I know it's possible for me to stop, it's just whenever I am not doing anything, or in any sort of comfort, it just gets to me. So I will try to avoid every putting myself into such a situation. Not sure what to do about the fact that I sleep in a bed though. Before you tell me to go out with women, I have, but its limited to my school (which is just an ikea of junkies) since I am not too good at the language here.

Smoking weed so much. I was an all day err day kind of guy and after stopping I've noticed I'm just…smarter. The last 10 years of my life just feel like a weird haze. I occasionally partake every now and then but honestly it just gives me mild panic attacks now so I think I'm done.
2. Which good habits have you grown in the last year?
Attempting my own journaling routine. At night I write down my to-dos for work in one journal, and in another journal I write down my accomplishments for the day, even little ones like taking vitamins or scooping the cat box. Feels good to reflect and plan all at once.

Porn. I'm over it and I want my time and my energy back.
4. Which breker are you going to build in the month to come?
There's two:
1. Reading. I dropped several hundred in books in the last few months and I'm barely through the first one I started.
2. Good sleep schedule. I got one of those light-up alarm clocks and it has helped a lot. My goal is bed by around 9PM to be up by around 6, which is a big change from going to bed around 1-2AM and being late for work every day. Woke up at 4AM today, feels good frens

>3. Which grabbler are you going to weaken in the month to come?
It's time to stop with the self put-downs. I know I'm severely limited. I need to stop shaming myself. That isn't humility, that's self-hatred. I also need to drink less. My kids who are coming don't need to see me drunk.
>4. Which breker are you going to build in the month to come?

Nicotine is crazy addictive. Like, Crack tier addictive. I used Vapes, also called E-cigs to break this one.
Normies will always tell you to just smoke a bit less until you don't need them anymore. This is bullshit, because the while condition of being addicted is that you can't choose consciously to just "do a bit less".
That's why Vapes are so smart. You can't consciously choose when to take a hit or not. But you can consciously choose how strong those hits are when you are at the store buying the juice. I started out at 12MG/ML. Then I went down to 9. Then 6. Then 3. And then I made my own 1.5 for a few months by buying a bottle of the 3, a bottle of 0, then mixing them. Finally I worked on the habit of the just not vaping, since I wasn't depending on the nicotine anymore. The whole process took about two years, but it worked. Sometimes when I go out, I'll bring a vape loaded with 0mg, because that's better than actually smoking and risking re-addiction.

fc9f3 №.681

It was a habit, and being married didn't change that. Something would show up, I'd say "Ow, that's interesting" and about twenty minutes later there I'd be. Also, when I married about a decade ago, I have a pretty crazy high libido. I used to think that by getting my load out, I'd increase my "endurance" with my wife and she'd like that.
Now that may in fact be the case. But you what else turned out to be true? I can just have sex twice, and be more fertile while I'm at it. It's not like she doesn't mind if I use creative ways to giver her the pleasure she deserves.
Long store short I am kind of dumb.

Let's do an update.

1. Bad habits lost:

I no longer sleep at unusual times. I also sleep less and don't stay in bed as long. Instead of being satisfied with 2 hours of work per day, I now work roughly 6 hours a day on my business.
I no longer eat any surplus food and have lost 5 kilos in 4 weeks. This is a little faster than healthy and I don't recover from exercise as well as a result, but I wanted to see what would happen if you go too fast.

>2. Which good habits have you grown in the last year?

I log every single calorie I eat, and as a result, no longer eat substantial amount of chips/crisps and chocolate. It was pretty harsh switching, but I just wanted to lose 15 kilos and have made good progress. I'll probably stop counting calories after I've maintained my goal weight for a month, but keep the habit of frequent weigh in to check if I need to count calories again.

I've started a diary in which I write my goals for the next day, and read it in the morning after breakfast and workout. It really helps to clear my mind at night and focus on what's important. Feel a lot more peaceful overall.

I've also started a new habit to spend my time more effectively. I've got a 15 minute timer and get a small gong every 15 minutes to see if I am still working. 50% of the time I had gotten distracted. My focus is improving.

>3. Which grabbler are you going to weaken in the month to come?

Lack of discipline. It's slowly growing. I need to continue to be strict and push myself to be more effective.

I also need to focus more on short term goals over long term ones.

>4. Which breker are you going to build in the month to come?

I see I have really started to fix being fit and will continue to expand that.

My first experience with the fitness was terrible; it gave me headache that didn't go away. My conclusion? Just keep training everyday until I don't get a headache anymore. Next day; headache. Third day: milder headache. The fourth day no more headache. Since then I've started a rotation of 6 days of training per week. I just want to continue to build on that.

84f70 №.1680

>>1618
What particularly do you do for fitness that gives you a headache. Im going to the gym every 2nd day. Never experienced such. Do you lift above what you should ? Or aren't hydrated enough before running ?
Always drink more that you feel like you need.

84f70 №.1681

1. Staying inside too much
2. GYM routine
3. Constantly being mad. Its stinging my hearth, even im way too young for such. I have no idea on how to go about this.
4. Care less about unpleasant thoughts driving me mad. It should go away by reading more. Looking into various topics. etc.

c9328 №.1682

>>1680
I got headaches because I hadn't done any intensive training for 6-9 months. I used to just get them if I was dehydrated or reallly taxed my system to the point of wanting to throw up. I used to be near pro sport level fit, but not the last two years. I had gotten about 15 kg fatter and a lot lazier.
In the instance I was telling about I really did drank a lot, so I think it was just the shock to my system. Or toxins stored with my fat due to poor diet that made me fat, that by burning a lot of energy, a lot of shit got into my bloodstream at once.

This was about two months ago. Now I am doing triple the training and dont get headaches or upchuck reflex. I'm training 6 days a week currently, but only about 3 hour total.

>>1681
What's making you mad? I generally believe anger is a great motor and I cherish it when things make me angry because I'll use it to focus on goals I care about.

It feels like 99% of all advice on habits are about how to stop doing something. My problem is that I don't fucking do anything! If you cut out all of the "bad habits" I have I literally wouldn't do anything at all other than sleep and go to the bathroom.

I want advice on how to START doing things, but nobody gives advice on that, and the advice that I can find is completely fucking worthless. I feel like a caveman who barely has the concept of the wheel seeing a man in a car, asking him how to build a car and being told "just have a car, it's not that hard."

think back to if youve ever had (and kept) a good habit for a decent amount of time. anything like regular exercise, cleaning your room. is there anything there? if there is you should START there. if not, good news, you get to choose literally anything you want to start with, be it brushing your teeth. work up from there. bad habits are lost by replacing them with good ones.

maybe you think my advice is gay, but taking the advice of pic related might give you a bit firmer path to walk.

for all the frens trying to quit weed what worked for me was switching to delta 8 and kratom. You MUST get some quality stuff. not just any old will do. My seller grows their own plants in cali. All plants are tested for chemicals and toxins. rigorous testing for a great product. the lab sheets are available for anyone to see in store. same with the kratom. i bought the 1836 atomic brand. for perspective I was a daily weed smoker for 20 solid years. mainly bongs and pipes. felt I HAD to smoke to prep for anything….go to work, smoke, hanging with friends obviously smoke, clean the house, smoke, etc. I smoked at least 4 times a day for years and years and after kids had whittled it down to 2 main smoke sessions. anyway my friend showed me the delta 8. its kinda like smoking 70's weed…super mellow no huge psychoactive properties. it also takes about 5-10 minutes to kick in. The kratom gives an uplifting effect…like youve had the best cup of coffee youve ever had in your whole life. now the effects vary for individuals so take that into account and dont take too much or you can get nauseous. always take with food. but ya that combo did it for me….i got the lift from the kratom instead of a wake and bake. then right after id smoke a fat bowl of delta 8 which would mellow it out. If I had the urge to smoke I could safely have the act of smoking weed without getting insanely high and becoming victim to couch slouch. Eventually the delta kinda stopped working…just less effective and at that point it was easy to stop for a day or 2 and then go back. eventually i could go for a week or 2 and not even notice. then i would crave and go back. at that point i didnt need the kratom either i just drank coffee instead. eventually i was able to stop it all together. its been a year fren and it's waaayyy better over here. i also found a forum on sleep problems associated with quitting weed but it was so encouraging. reading all the stories of everyone quitting and sticking together…i read it daily and it helped me so much.

Not much have I changed this year except for 1 small habit that is as easy as it gets but the results are immense.
And that is: every day I note 2-3 things to do the other day.
As a result, every day I do at least something. No day goes to waste. Most days I have 3 things to do and they become so full and productive. A side effect is that the months seem so huge in terms of time. I always hated when people said "I do this to pass the time" or "Time flies so quickly" or "Life is short". Especially the first statement always teriffied me. How can you intentionally waste time and not get a sense of dread or anxiety?
The colcusion is that a month is a huge ammount of time and there is soooo much work that you can fit in one month. Imagine doing this for 1 year.

to say hi frens do the CDF PROTOCOL for a month.

Keep your body highly alkaline after that and keep running lifting etc.

Parasites = demons = Mycelium

Brainfog, forgetfulness and being a betacuck are all direct results of Mycelium overgrowth within our bodies. As soon as you understand this there are no more limits.

Demons = Parasites = Mycelium
Blood circulation kills demons.
Raising your PH level kills parasites.
Breathing kills Demons.
They are all the same thing. A parasitic behavior based on fear is caused by the parasites. Fear in your heart is caused by parasites=demons=mycelium.
It is ALL THE SAME THING. You can break free from this all by raising your PH level in your body to extreme levels because mycelium cannot survive in these conditions. This is like doing a fucking exorcism on yourself for weeks on end, you will shit hundreds of parasites, you will go 'through hell' but you will come out on the other side like the GOD YOU ALREADY ARE.

example: why does smoking make you feel relaxed? Because tobacco is alkaline or for whatever reason give you a break from the brainfog CREATED BY THE PARASITES. ONCE YOU UNDERSTAND THE CDF PROTOCOL EVERYTHING IN LIFE MAKES SENSE. STOP WASTING YOUR TIME. EVEN THE NEED TO HEAR MUSIC, WATCH PORN, SEE ENTERTAINMENT IS A PARASITCAL URGE CAUSED BY THE BRAIN PARASITES. MYCELIUM = PARASITES

I AM GOING TO WRITE IT OUT A FEW TIMES BECAUSE THIS IS THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO UNDERSTAND PERIOD AND YOU CAN PROOF IT FOR YOURSELF.

MYCELIUM = PARASITES = DEMONS
PARASITES = DEMONS = MYCELIUM
DEMONS = PARASITES = MYCELIUM

MOTHERFUCKING ALKALIZE YOURSELF AND YOU WILL BE FREE FOREVER
ALKALIZE YOURSELF AND YOU WILL BE FREE FOREVER

WHY DO THEY PUT CITRIC ACID IN FOOD TO PRESERVE THE FOOD?????? BECAUSE MYCELIUM IS IN THE AIR AND KILLS EVERYTHING IT SEES! SO PRESERVING SOMETHING IS DONE BY PREVENTING MYCELIUM EATS IT!!!!!!!

you can access every single memory in your brain but the mycelium is preventing you from doing so. the demons do not want you to remember, they do not want you to know. Demons = parasites = mycelium spread through people. Parasites are the physical antennas of the arcons/demons. if you HAVE NO MORE PARASITES IN YOUR SYSTEM THE ARCONS CANNOT TOUCH YOU AND NEITHER CAN ANYBODY/THING ELSE

Sorry but I do not have the links.
Name of protocol: Cosmic Death Fungus.pdf (found on 4chan) and can be found on @wigglers on TG
Also in that same TG group you can find lots of video's of parasites as well as a 1hour+ long video called roughly: cosmic death fungi: destroyer of worlds. I highly recommend watching that one before anything as this will explain the connection between it all and what parasites actually are and how they grow.
As well a fair warning that there's some shilling going on in that group to.

The protocol consists of taking:

twice per day: NAC pills, Oregano Oil and black seed oil. for a month straight. Combine it with as much turpentine as your body can handle. You will feel that your body can handle more turpentine the further you go into it because it is actually the parasites that are grosed out by the turpentine. Proceed with caution with the oregano oil as it is a very intense oil, and make sure you have the version of the oil that is 100% oil for oral use, even though none of the manifactures will ever admit it is safe for oral use. As for the turpentine, make sure it is 100% distilled pine gum resin and nothing else. Diamond G brand as an example.

The protocol has specific doses with the right amounts, but filling up a table spoon of the black seed oil, then open the capsule of NAC and dropping the powder onto the spoon with as many oregano oil drops as you can stand will do. Make sure to flush the mixture down quick with something like milk as once again the oregano oil can sting. Work your way up from around 5 drops to 20 drops. For the turpentine you do simultaniously with the NAC mixture work your way up from a teaspoon to 2 table spoons. Any feelings of discomfort are mostly caused by parasite die-off however not exclusively as it depends on the amount of parasites you have. The amount of parasites you have, if you have never done a protocol like this; will be beyond your imagination. So expect things to change. You should ideally reserve a month or so of time just for yourself as you are challenging all the relationships you have. And as most relationships we have aren't healthy ones, most of them will perish. It are the parasites that are causing us to turn back to addictive habits and unhealthy behavior.

I recommend tons of workout as this will increase blood circulation and will speed up the process. I also recommend daily enema's to ensure a fasting removal of all the dead parasites, once you get a few days into this protocol this will start to make sense and you would not want to go without it, trust me.

Obviously stay away from sugar and bread.

This is a real challenge(doing this protocol), but probably the most important thing you can do.

I think parasites grow pretty fast so Ideally do this once per year, the amount of parasites that will come out of you will probably get you to draw the same conclusion. I am talking about meters and meters of parasites. You wouldn't believe the amount, and I wasn't even fat or even showed a belly. This will also result in massive gains, as the food you eat now actually gets used by your body, for as much as your body needs that. So expect everything to change, because what you (anybody pre-anti parasite protocol) currently want is not what you want. It is what the parasites want. You don't like sugar, the parasites like sugar. You don't like bread, the parasites like bread. So expect for everything to change, because it will.

In order to understand what you are fighting it is also important to know that you are fighting a fungus.>>5120

for the past few months I have undergone this protocol. Turpentine isn't part of it and is advised against and there is certainly ingestible oregano oil available. However, keeping the body alkaline or "basic" is insightful, and I agree with the entirety of your first post. It's remarkable you would mention citric acid (e330), as it is a product of Aspergillus Niger. Diet is overlooked in the protocol. The overhaul of your tastes and cravings make clean eating a rewarding necessity. I started with mebendazol, did a treatment each month so far. Has helped.

No parasites exreted but have noticed endless benefits physically and mentally. Never gave much credence to the interplanetary parasitic spititual hi-jack scenario but it does feel like the protocol puts you in control, as if you weren't before. It feels like cheating, because it just solves procrastination, harmful habits, unconstructive thinking in a way that can only mean those have an origin outside yourself to begin with. I suspect many of these benefits are hormonal/glandular, because one of the first benefits (started in winter) was becoming impervious to cold. The gains are real too.

would recommend any fren look into this. months on supplements seems daunting but you will be convinced first month, when you feel strong and think clearly for the first time.

hello fren! I think the oregano oil kills parasites but on it's own you won't notice if it does or not. Definitely do the whole combination if you can as there is a reason they've chosen that combination. You need to realize that these parasites have been in your body your entire life and have created a rather cozy environment for themselves, which this combination should destroy. When I say that I mean also adding the turpentine and doing Lemon enema's. The parasites have created something called biofilm inside your intestines and this is what prevents your body from detecting them, kind of like how a jew uses the media to blind the masses. If you do Lemon enema's on a daily basis for a while even without doing anything other parasite killing related you will have a whole bunch of things come out of your ass which looks like massive worms on first glance but is actually biofilm.

If you are going to work on fighting your parasites you are better off going all in because if you half ass it you won't do any significant damage plus the parasites run a ton of your impulses which is why for example fasting is so difficult to get into, or quit eating bread & sugar for that matter.

So you want to be hitting them from all sides with as many substances as possible while doing daily enema's. If you don't get into the habit of doing the daily enema's you are going to go through absolute hell because the parasites will not die without a fight and they will use everything they have against you, mind you they are touching your very organ that is responsible for your instinct and have blocked you of from experiencing life the way you should be since you are born. (kind of)

So my point is that they will release a whole bunch of toxins and parts of their own body when they are dying and being ripped apart by the things you intake like the NAC protocol so you want to flush these things out as soon as possible with enema's. And please don't think that that is gay to flush your ass out with water, it's actually the most anti-gay thing because the parasites is what makes people gay in the first place.
Anyway, the lemon enema is a very very intense protocol to do but really worth it - you will see for yourself.

Also, without doing enema's you will NEVER see parasites come out because you parasites are very translucid and if you have regular shit come out of you you will not even be able to tell if there are parasites in there or not. SO rather have daily enema's come out of your ass with parasites (or not) than having to guess if there is a parasite in your shit or not. I am also stressing this importance because the different sizes and structures of these parasites is crazy. It will be a very rewarding process once you actually see the first once's come out of you and you will feel better for it,, this process won't stop for a few weeks and on a daily basis (if done right) you will shit parasites out with your enema's. Even weeks after you have stopped taking NAC and/or turpentine you will shit out parts of dead parasites. You will change forever as all illnesses and dis-eases are caused by these motherfuckers. You will have more energy than you ever had before and you will feel great. But first, you must go through hell. The hell that the parasites have created inside of you to prevent you from cleaning yourself up and destroying them.

I just come here every now and than and rant about parasites hope that's cool KK

HH good luck fren :)
